Job Advert Description

There is currently a vacancy for a full time Payrolls Administrator for the Payrolls department based at Watsons Road, Wood Green. The role reports to the Payrolls Manager. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Processing starters, leavers and payroll changes
  • Assessing sick pay entitlement
  • Printing payslips and reports
  • Arranging payment of deductions
  • Answering queries from staff and garages
  • Assisting with other tasks in the office as required

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Applicants must be able to work to fixed deadlines.
  • Close attention to detail and consistent accuracy are also essential. 
  • Experience of payroll work and a detailed knowledge of the Open pay system is essential.
  • Well-organised, have good attention to detail, be able to work accurately and efficiently, with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  •  A good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
